WOCIP means being comfortable with who I am as a multidimensional, multifaceted, and fearless woman. Recognizing that I along with my sisters, can and will succeed without the sociological limitations placed upon us by those who feel threatened by the inevitable rise of power in the relentless, dignified and spirited woman of color!
